Team Building and Training
Designed and developed team building events to enhance collaboration and communication. Trained hiring managers on the importance of understanding their own unconcious bias in the hiring process. Trained employees on effective goal setting. Designed all employee meetings with an eye toward engagement and collabortion. Designed team training using Facet 5 Personality Assessments and Teamscapes to enhance collaboration and communication. Designed and delivered Anti-Harassment Training to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Performance Management
Worked with multiple organizations to design and automate performance management programs. Partnered with leadership to determine the competencies, structure and cadence. Configured HR Information System (ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity and Paycom) to automate the distribution, approval and storage. Designed communications for implementation.
Team Engagement Analysis and Action Planning
Partnered with the leadership team of a small non-profit to assess the engagement of their teams using the WorkHuman online surveys, individual interviews and focus groups to identify actions that could be taken to improve culture and engagement.
Designed and developed a customized engagement survey, analyzed trends year over year and worked with leadership on a plan to enhance engagement.
Onboarding System Configuration
Worked with multiple organizations to configure online onboarding experiences within their Human Resources Information Systems (ADP Workforce Now, Keystyle, Paycom, and Paylocity), ensuring a smoother, more compliant process for capturing new hire paperwork and leaving more time for value added engagement once the employee starts.
Applicant Tracking System Configuration
Worked with mulitple organiztions to design and implement the applicant tracking module of their Human Resources Information System (Keystyle, Paycom and ADP Workforce Now) , creating an engaging and compliant recruitment process for the organization and the candidates.
On Demand HR Services
Provide multiple organizations with just in time HR services including leader coaching, conflict resolution, Human Resource Process design, compliance updates and recruitment services.
Human Resources Administration
Worked with a non-profit organization of about 100 to build and execute on sustainable processes including, Benefits Administration, Onboarding, Offboarding and general HR administration. Systems used include ADP Workforce Now and Workday.
Payroll/HRIS Company Selection & Implementation
Worked with multiple organizations to select payroll and/or Human Resources Information System providers that meet their needs and budget. Partnered with a mid sized organization to guide them through the implementation process of a full payroll and Human Resouces Information system (ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, Checkwriters, Paycor).
Employee Handbook Development
Developed employee handbooks for a number of organizations, customizing them to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and alignment to organizational goals.
